Lubin House Overnight Stay: Create Account or Login

Located at 11 East 61st Street, just off Central Park and conveniently close to the 5 Ave/59 Street subway station, Lubin House is a comfortable and convenient option for faculty and staff traveling to New York City on Syracuse University business.

In accordance with the Syracuse University Travel Policy Section 8(a)(2), and with Chancellor Syverud's instruction to the University Leadership Team on April 8, 2025, University employees traveling to Manhattan for University business are strongly encouraged to utilize Lubin House for their lodging needs.

Returning Login

If you stayed at Lubin House anytime on or after January 1, 2025, you already have login credentials—please select the Returning Login option.

This applies whether you made the reservation yourself or it was made on your behalf. If your most recent stay was before that date, you’ll need to create a new account.

Create a New Account

To reserve a room for overnight stay for yourself, please Create a Guest Account (Self).

Alternatively, if you are reserving a room administratively on behalf of someone else in your department, please choose Create a Guest Account (Admin) or Returning Login if they have credentials from previous reservation. The individual who will be staying as a guest must be the ones whose email address is used to create the account.

Note: If you are reserving a room for yourself and also reserving a room administratively, you will need separate accounts. Reminder, Lubin House reservations are only permitted for travel related to official University business.
